A few weeks ago we went to the Dinosaur Park that is near us with some friends. We have not been there before and we get in free with our Aviary pass. It has a little indoor area and a huge outdoor area with dinosaurs and a cute playground. It is a perfect place to take a picnic and have lunch. Quinn was scared of the dinosaurs at first but then she came around to the ones outside. She really liked the playground and that is where we spent most of our time. Spring came early here this year and we are taking advantage of it and doing a lot of outdoor activities. That makes me a little nervous though because people who have lived here their whole lives have said just because it is warm now doesn't mean winter is over! I am hoping this mild winter is over and we are moving onto spring and summer.
Quinn enjoyed the digging area where you could look for dinosaur bones.
Leo loved the swings! I can't find any parks near us that have these swings which is a bummer because he is so happy when he gets to swing.
I think Q's favorite part of the park was the pond where there were fish. Maybe when Leo gets a little bigger we will make more trips to the dinosaur park. Q had a good time but I don't think use is really big into dinosaurs. Now if there was a princess park that would be another story!
Quinn wasn't a fan of the animatronic dinosaurs and she wouldn't even walk into the room where they were. She stood in the hallway covering up her ears. She said "Nolan would like those." So next time Nolan comes to visit we will have to come back!
